  Really bad customer service. It has been almost 2 weeks that I am trying to get help from them but I never get a straight answer. Always something vague. If I ask them to provide details and how I can get additional information I am told that I they do not know. Getting sick and tired of this. Looking to file a complaint with Sprint directly about this store. Will be calling them right after I submit this review.

  Ryan and Nancy at ;the store in Livermore have been very helpful over several visits. They have been very patient with a seemingly endless amounts of trivial problems that I come over with. They and other members of the staff have gotten me through a number of devices over the last two plus years. Their help has been greatly appreciated.

  Have been to the store 8 times to correct my bill. Was promised promotions and a smaller bill than ATT. This time I wanted to speak to the Regional Manager. Manager of the store said she could not give out his information, however he would be there Friday but she did not know when..
