Went to Lowe's to buy new carpet, the subcontractor they hired to install the carpet stole a cell phone and money from my house. I am working with the owner of the company to the resolve the incident. I have a problem with they way Lowe's is handling the incident. I have contacted the store three times to speak with a manager. I am not looking for anything other than a 3 minute conversation to explain what happened and voice my complaint. The problem is no was has returned my call it is now day three. This store's version of customer service is to ignore the customer and the problem will go away. I am writing this review to discourage you from using them for services such as installations or large ticket items (i.e. fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer). If something goes wrong you will probably not receive any communication from the company. There are plenty of other companies that will at least will call you back if you have a complaint.
