  The reason that is pace is ok is that it has a Mexican food. in jun and july i stay in Pleasanton because i work in the fair but it really hard to find a Mexican market near by so i go to this one to get all the things i need for the fair. The Mexican market give you two big soda bottles after you buy $100 thing.

  The only reason why we go to this shopping center is for Ben's Burgers. Not located in the best part of town. Rundown center, nothing really to offer. Mostly vacant storefronts. There's a bar and gas station here as well. Next door to the Rincon Library and May Nissen Swim Center & park with tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and dog park. I wouldn't hang out at the park for too long, doesn't feel safe, especially in the evening. Fire station across the street.
